(March 27, 2024) Winter survivor -- It was mounded with wood chip mulch for the January freeze, which appears to have been sufficient protection. New buds are swelling just above the graft and also just below the freeze damage.

(December 27, 2023) Frost update -- No sign of damage from winter low of 28°F, though it is planted with a large bay tree protecting it on the north side.
